Luca played a pivotal role during his tenure with RMG, leading transformative digital initiatives across diverse domains. He spearheaded web redesign and development efforts, enhancing digital presence. As the head of RMG's digital products division, he oversaw numerous applications, from software to web apps, including innovative projects like trade show kiosks, engaging digital games, and custom event registration systems.

His expertise extended to digital marketing, managing campaigns for several of RMG'sclients such as 241 Pizza, Eggsmart, and Coffee Time. He contributed to SaaS product development (an exclusive internal RMG tool), designed interactive kiosks (used at events and tradeshows), and engineered event registration systems. Luca's client-centric approach led to the successful execution of various web design projects and his involvement in the grand re-opening of Vapiano (US), a prestigious European-based restaurant franchise.

Website Redesign:

  • Played a key role in the redesign and development of the company's main website, a project that ushered in a new era of online presence.

Digital Products Leadership:

  • As the head of the digital products division, Luca oversaw the creation of numerous internal and client applications. This included crafting software solutions, developing web applications, and designing interactive kiosks for trade shows. His portfolio also included the development of engaging digital games like 'spin to win' wheels and the implementation of custom event registration systems, complete with check-in and barcode scanning capabilities. Additionally, Luca spearheaded the development of an in-house email and SMS marketing system, featuring innovative page builder technologies.

  • Orchestrated multiple digital marketing campaigns for an array of prominent clients, including 241 Pizza, Eggsmart, Coffee Time, and more. His strategic approach and creative flair ensured these campaigns were highly effective in reaching and engaging target audiences.

SaaS Product Development:

  • Within the realm of SaaS, Luca contributed to the creation of internal marketing tools equipped with email, SMS, and landing page builders, empowering the team's marketing efforts.

Interactive Kiosks:

  • His innovative mindset led to the design and development of physical kiosks tailored for tradeshow marketing, featuring data collection capabilities, ticket printing, lead capture games, spin wheels, and more.

Engaging Games:

  • He conceptualized and brought to life interactive games, such as 'spin to win' wheels and trivia contests, designed to captivate and engage audiences.

Event Registration Systems:

  • Engineered comprehensive event registration systems, complete with barcode scanning functionality, streamlining attendee management which was used at an internal event for one of RMG's clients at the time, GSK.

Client Web Design Projects:

  • Led the design and execution of various client web design projects, ensuring each project adhered to the client's vision and objectives.

Vapiano Grand Re-Opening:

  • A significant highlight of his tenure was his involvement in the grand re-opening of Vapiano (US), a renowned European-based restaurant franchise. Luca orchestrated a private check-in system for VIP guests and managed all digital aspects of the event, enhancing the overall experience and providing detailed analytics regarding guest list.
